Information Notice 98-09, "COLLAPSE OF AN ISOCAM II, DUAL-HEADED NUCLEAR 
MEDICINE CAMERA," was issued on March 5, 1998.                           
                                                                         
This notice was issued to all medical licensees to alert them to an      
incident involving the collapse of a nuclear medicine camera manufactured
by Park Medical Systems of Quebec, Canada.  The Food and Drug            
Administration (FDA) issued a Safety Notice concerning a possible defect 
that could cause structural failure resulting in serious injuries to     
patients.  The device is a detector used to take images and contains no

Discussion:

Carolina Power and Light Company (CP&L) announced on March 16, 1998, that
James Muntz will join Brunswick on April 14, 1998, as the Director of    
Site Operations.  Mr. Muntz is currently the Director of Engineering     
Services for PECO energy company.
