Subject: ANNOUNCEMENT OF MANAGEMENT CHANGE                               

Discussion:

On February 9, 1998, the licensee announced that Mr. Cliff Howland will  
be transferring to Dreden Unit 1 where he has accepted the position of   
Unit 1 Plant Manager. Mr. Howland's transfer is scheduled to occur on    
February 15, 1998, with a goal of February 23, 1998, for Mr. Howland to  
take over the position from the current Unit 1 Plant Manager, Mr. Tom    
Nauman. Mr. Howland is currently the Dresden Units 1/2/3 Radiation       
Protection Manager. Mr. Nauman will be leaving Commonwealth Edison.
