Discussion:

On June 8, 1998, the licensee announced the following management changes:
                                                                         
Thomas Niessen, Director, PECO Nuclear Quality Assurance, will assume a  
new assignment in PECO Nuclear Planning and Development. Robert Boyce,   
currently Limerick Plant Manager, will replace Mr. Niessen as Director,  
PECO Nuclear Quality Assurance. Michael Gallagher, currently Director,   
Outage Management at Peach Bottom, will become Limerick Plant Manager.   
C. (Bud) Swenson will replace Mr. Gallagher as Director, Outage          
Management.

Subject: TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY MANAGEMENT CHANGE                    

Discussion:

Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) announced on June 9, 1998, that John    
Scalice has been named TVA's Chief Nuclear Officer and Executive Vice    
President.  Scalice has served as Interim Chief Nuclear Officer since    
replacing Ike Zeringue in April 1998.  Zeringue was named President and  
Chief Operating Officer in April 1998.  Scalice had previously served as 
TVA's Senior Vice President of Nuclear Operations since December 1997.
