Subject: SITE MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCED                                       

Discussion:

On June 4, 1998, Lockheed Martin Utility Services, the contractor        
responsible for operation of the two gaseous diffusion plants for the    
United States Enrichment Corporation, announced that Howard Pulley would 
succeed Steve Polston as General Manager of the Paducah facility. Mr.    
Polston is scheduled to leave his position in mid-July. Mr. Pulley has   
served as the Paducah Enrichment Plant Manager since 1995. Prior to      
assuming those duties, Mr. Pulley served as the Deputy Plant Manger from 
1990 to 1995, and held numerous other management positions at the plant  
since his initial employment in 1966.
