Mr. George Hunger was named Manager, Clinton Power Station; Mr. Vince Cwietniewicz was named Manager of Maintenance; Mr. Jeff Goldman was named Manager - Work Management; Mr. Wayne Romberg was named Manager - Nuclear Station Engineering Department; Mr. Mike Wyatt was named Recovery Manager; Mr. Greg Tierney was named Supervisor - Electrical Maintenance; Mr. Tom Roe was named Supervisor - Direct Maintenance Support; Mr. Bill Carsky was named Director - Design Engineering; Mr. Larry Wigley was named Director - Project Engineering; Mr. Bill Maguire was named Director - Operations; Mr. Mike Tacelowski was named Supervisor - Operations Services; Mr. John Owens was named Director - Experience Assessment; Mr. Bob Deppi was named Director - Work Coordination; Mr. Jim Hale was named Supervisor - Outage Management; Mr. Ralph Reed was named Supervisor - Scheduling. MR Number: 3-98-0008 Palisades 1 Date: 02/04/98 Covert,Michigan SRI VIA TELECON Dockets: 50-255 PWR/CE Subject: ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONSUMERS ENERGY MANAGEMENT CHANGE Discussion: On February 4, 1998, the licensee announced that, effective immediately, Mr. Gerald R. Boss will assume the position of Operations Manager, Palisades Nuclear Plant. Mr. Boss will report to Dave W. Rogers, General Manager, Plant Operations. Previously, Mr. Boss held the Operations Manager position at the Big Rock Point Nuclear Power Plant for approximately two years. Additional positions held at Big Rock included assignment as Engineering Manager. Mr. Boss held a senior reactor operators license for ten years. MR Number: 3-98-0009 Point Beach 1 2 Date: 02/04/98 Two Rivers,Wisconsin Dockets: 50-266,50-301 PWR/W-2-LP,PWR/W-2-LP Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES Discussion: The Licensee announced that Mr. Mark Reddeman, currently the Quality Assurance Section Manager, will be assigned to the position of Plant Manager, effective April 3, 1998. Mr. Reddeman was previously Plant Manager at Hope Creek. Mr. Gary Boldt, currently acting as the Director-Nuclear Engineering, will be assigned as the Quality Assurance Section Manager, effective February 13, 1998. A permanent replacement for the role of Director-Nuclear Engineering is being sought. During the period of February 13 through April 3, 1998, Mr. Reddeman will receive turn-over from the current Plant Manager, Mr. Fred Cayia.
