The ammonia scrubber removes ammonia and other particulates from the ventilation stream for several hoods and enclosures. The ammonia recirculation solution is generally below 20-30 parts per million (ppm) of uranium. The March 31, 1998 analysis determined that a critical concentration would be in the range of 220,000 ppm of uranium.
