Discussion:

Effective July 26, the telephone area code has changed from 414 to 920   
for Kewaunee Nuclear Plant, Point Beach Nuclear Plant, and Wisconsin     
Public Service corporate offices in Green Bay (Kewaunee licensee). The   
area code for Wisconsin Electric corporate offices in Milwaukee (Point   
Beach licensee) remains as 414.
