(ENI) signed an interim contract for ENI to provide management services for the Maine Yankee nuclear power plant through September 30, 1997. Mr. Michael Sellman of ENI, formerly Vice President - Operations at the Waterford 3 nuclear power plant in Louisiana, effectively became the President of Maine Yankee. Mr. Michael Meisner, Director of Nuclear Safety and Licensing for ENI, was elected to the newly created position of Vice President of Licensing for Maine Yankee. Four other ENI personnel accompanied Messrs. Sellman and Meisner who were onsite starting February 10. Additional managerial assignments at Maine Yankee with ENI personnel are expected to be announced at a later date. Regional Action: Routine followup to assure compliance with licensing basis. Randolph, Vice President, Nuclear Operations, will become Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer on May 1, reporting directly to C. W. Mueller, President & Chief Executive Officer.
