MR Number: 1-96-0012 Nine Mile Point 1 2 Date: 02/21/96 Lycoming,New York Dockets: 50-220,50-410 BWR/GE-2,BWR/GE-5 Subject: ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE Discussion: John Conway, Operations Manager at Nine Mile Point Unit 2, resigned his position to accept the Operations Manager position at Hope Creek Generating Station for Public Service Electric and Gas Company. His resignation will take effect February 23, 1996. For the past seven months, Mr. Conway has been filling the position of the Unit 2 Plant Manager while Kim Dahlberg had been attending Senior Reactor Operator Certification training. Mr. Dahlberg will return to his duties as Unit 2 Plant Manager on February 26, 1996. Donald Bosnic has been temporarily filling the position of Unit 2 Operations Manager during Mr. Dahlberg's absences. Mr. Bosnic will remain in the position of Unit 2 Operations Manager until a decision is made by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation regarding permanent assignment of the Unit 2 Operations Manager position. A ratification vote on the agreement by the IBEW membership is expected in April. Regional Action: The Region will continue to monitor the licensee's activities toward agreement ratification.
