NRC Information Notice 94-13, Supp. 2, "Control and Oversight of         
Contractors during Refueling Activities and Clarification of             
Applicability of Section 50.120 of Title 10 of The Code of Federal       
Regulations to Contractor Personnel," dated November 28, 1995.           
                                                                         
The NRC is issuing this information notice supplement to alert addressees
to recent plant events that involved inadequate control and oversight of 
contractor activities and to advise licensees of the applicability of NRC
regulations on personnel training and qualification to contractor
