NRC Generic Letter 95-10, "Relocation of Selected Technical              
Specifications Requirements Related to Instrumentation," dated           
December 15, 1995.                                                       
                                                                         
The NRC is issuing this generic letter to advise those licensees that    
have not converted or are not in the process of converting to the        
improved Standard Technical Specifications that they may request a       
license amendment to relocate selected instrumentation requirements from
