Discussion:

Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., the licensee for the      
Indian Point 2 Station located in Buchanan, New York, has announced the  
following management changes, effective August 25, 1995.  John McAvoy,   
presently the Operations Manager, will become Plant Manager, replacing   
Tom Schmeiser who will become Plant Manager of Con Edison's Astoria      
Station, a conventional power plant.  Gary Hugo, presently the Test and  
Performance Manager, will replace Mr. McAvoy as Operations Manager.
