Discussion:

On July 10, 1995, PSE&G announced that Louis F. Storz will join the      
Nuclear Business Unit (NBU) on July 31 as Senior Vice President - Nuclear
Operations. Storz replaces Joseph J. Hagan, who will remain with the NBU 
as Vice President - Business Support. Storz recently served (since 1994) 
as Vice President - Nuclear Generation at Niagara Mohawk Power           
Corporation. Earlier, he joined the Toledo Edison Company in 1985 as     
General Manager of the Davis Besse Nuclear Station and was named Vice    
President - Nuclear in 1993. Storz has 30 years experience in nuclear    
power engineering and operations. He is a graduate of Purdue University. 
                                                                         
On July 5, 1995, PSE&G announced that Clay C. Warren will join the NBU on
July 17 as General Manager - Salem Operations. Warren replaces John C.   
Summers.  Warren comes to Salem Station from the Brunswick Nuclear Plant,
Carolina Power and Light, where he was plant general manager. He has     
previously served as United States Navy Reactor Controls Division Leading
Petty Officer, Electric Boat Shift Test Engineer, River Bend Station     
Shift Supervisor, NRC Senior Resident Inspector, and Arkansas Nuclear One
Maintenance Manager.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER AT BIG ROCK POINT. MR. HICE WAS FORMERLY THE TRAINING
ADMINISTRATOR AT CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY'S PALISADES PLANT. MR. TURNER   
HAS ACCEPTED A JOB WITH THE BIG ROCK POINT DECOMMISSIONING TEAM          
OVERSEEING THE LONG-TERM HANDLING OF SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL. THE EFFECTIVE   
DATES OF THE NEW POSITIONS HAVE NOT BEEN ANNOUNCED.
