Subject: ORGANIZATION CHANGES AT BROWNS FERRY

Discussion:

On February 1, 1995 the licensee announced that Chris Crane will become  
Assistant Plant Manager, reporting to Gene Preston, Plant Manager.       
Mr. Crane was previously the Browns Ferry Business and Work Performance  
Manager.  David Nye will replace Mr. Crane.                              
                                                                         
Mr. Crane will have primary responsibility for Unit 3 startup, testing   
and operational readiness.  Dave Stinson will continue his current role  
of Unit 3 Recovery Manager, reporting to the Site Vice President, through
Phase I of the System Pre-operability Checklist (SPOC) program, at which 
time Mr. Crane will assume primary responsibility for the Unit 3         
recovery.  This transition is expected to take place this summer.
