Discussion:

On January 26, 1995, at 9:40 a.m. a group of demonstrators from "GLOBAL  
PEACE NOW CAMPAIGN" began a peaceful demonstration at the North Gate. The
demonstration lasted 1 hour for a prayer vigil and ended without         
incident.  The group is using the 50th anniversary of the United Nations 
to focus on General and Nuclear Disarmament.  Approximately twelve events
are scheduled to take place in various cities in the United States to    
follow the trail of Nuclear Development.  Three Mile Island appears as   
the only nuclear plant listed.  The last event is scheduled for August 6 
in Hiroshima, Japan for the A-Bomb Anniversary.                          
                                                                         
The site issued a Notice of Public Interest on the event.
