Discussion:

Effective September 1, 1994, Mr. S. Quinn will succeed Mr. S. Bram as    
Vice President, Nuclear Power.  Mr. Bram will attend a senior executive  
development program at Harvard University.  Mr. S. Quinn was previously  
General Manager, Nuclear Power Generation and recently returned from a   
one year assignment as a plant evaluation team leader at INPO.  Mr. T.   
Schmeiser, who was acting as the General Manager, Nuclear Power          
Generation, will permanently fill that position.
