Discussion:

Virginia Electric and Power Company announced that the following         
personnel changes at Surry would become effective September 1, 1994:     
W. Wigley, Manager, Nuclear Operations Support - Corporate, will be      
reassigned to a special project.  M. Kansler, Station Manager, will      
replace W. Wigley.  D. Christian, Assistant Station Manager - Operations 
and Maintenance will replace Mike Kansler.  J. McCarthy, Superintendent  
of Operations, will replace D. Christian.  S. Sarver, Quality Assurance  
Supervisor, Plant Operations will replace J. McCarthy.
