Discussion:

On July 7, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCo) announced the
resignation of Mr. John Stetz, Vice President - Haddam Neck, effective on
July 25, 1994. Mr. Stetz has been Vice President - Haddam Neck since     
September, 1990. Mr. Stetz has accepted the Vice President position at   
the Davis Besse Power Plant. The replacement Vice President - Haddam Neck
has not been selected at the time of this morning report.                

Regional Action:

Regional and Resident Inspector monitoring of the performance effects of 
the recent on-site management changes.
