Discussion:

On July 5, 1994, the licensee announced that Mr. John P. Stetz had been  
selected as the new site Vice President for the Davis-Besse Station. Mr. 
Stetz is currently Vice President at Connecticut Yankee, a position he   
has held since 1990. It is anticipated he will assume his duties at      
Davis-Besse within 2 to 4 weeks.
