Condon Wind Project

AGENCY: Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), Department of Energy 
(DOE).

ACTION: Notice of availability of Record of Decision (ROD).

SUMMARY: This notice announces the availability of the ROD to enter 
into power purchase and transmission service agreements to acquire and 
connect the scheduled output of up to 49.8 megawatts of the Condon Wind 
Project located in central Oregon. This decision is based on the Condon 
Wind Project Final Environmental Impact Statement (DOE/EIS-0321, August 
2001) and Supplement Analysis (DOE/EIS-0321/SA-01). The Condon Wind 
Project will be developed by SeaWest WindPower, Inc.
